I finished Zeffo and played the beginning of Kashyyyk (which was really cool!).

It’s definitely better than my initial impressions, but I still have some issues with it.

The temple on Zaffo was cool. I liked the sort of light puzzle stuff. I still think the platforming kinda sucks. It’s just not that interesting, and, surprisingly, given who made it, it doesn’t feel great. The movement feels really stiff, and some parts of the play forming are straight up bad. Hit detection on hanging ropes seems extremely finicky, and there are way too many slides.

Combat did get more interesting. It’s pretty satisfying, and they did set up some neat encounters.

I love the ship captain. I’ve heard the story does some really cool stuff, which I’m eager to see. It’s just chase the macguffin so far, which is fine. It’s setting up some decent character work.
