I finished the game tonight. I will not be following your advice. I just don’t care enough.

I think the game is very good. Much better than I initially thought. I do not think the exploration is rewarding enough to be worth doing. I don’t just mean the stuff you get for doing it (a different ugly poncho, yay!), but more that I do not think navigating the world is interesting in any way. It’s not particularly fun to do and it’s no more challenging than an Uncharted game. I really wanted something that felt like the longer platforming segments of Titanfall 2, or even the crypts from Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. As it is, you barely ever even had to string two wall runs together. It’s such a huge missed opportunity for me.

The combat is good. I still don’t think it’s excellent, but it’s fun.

The story is really good. I ended up loving all the characters and I’m totally willing to go on another adventure with them.

That ending, though . . .

I really did not expect them to play the Vader card. They absolutely nailed it. He was absolutely perfect.
