The ones that gave us insight into the developers' thought processes and BT stories of making the latest thing.

Maybe include people with things of substance to say, and have fewer of them. Devs used to get enough screen time such that you got an inkling of their personalities.
I'm sure that internally, it's a mark of pride of get a spot in a vidoc, but it felt like watching a compilation of YouTubers' reactions to a sneak peek.
