NO.

1. When you pay for the hardware and software, the expectation is then that you do not pay to play. Pay to play is precisely so that you DON'T have to buy the machine.

2. If Trials of Osiris were accessible via a micro transaction, you would be paying for a chance at a reward. In the arcade, you pay to merely play the game; no reward is nessesary.
