Hidden Patch notes (Destiny)

What's wrong with PI? Or is that hosed as in Bullet Hose?

There is a glitch in it now that will make every shot after the first less powerful, which is how it was previously only if you fired it in full auto, but now it applies to every shot after the first one regardless.
