On Fusion Rifles (Destiny)

I, like you, am a proponent of slower-charging, high-impact, high-range Fusions.

But today I had a friend with an incredibly fast-charging FR (The IB one I think?) and he was basically cross-mapping people. I think the only really important stat s are range and stability. The rest is just personal preference.
