I really want a Saladin's Sigil (Destiny)

I really wanted a Saladin's Sigil. I thought it was an IB drop. Never had one drop
I also never received a Clever Dragon or a Distant Star.
Frustratingly so, I was killed by these three weapons extremely frequently.
The Clever Dragon seemed to have ridiculous range and would take me out in very few bullets.
Saladin's Sigil also seems to have a huge range, while remaining accurate, for a Fusion Rifle
