Ok, I see what you're saying, but I'm not sure how it applies to the big circle on the left. Hmm.

I've been thinking that the circles outside the grid are somehow representing the positions of numbers inside the grid.

Or maybe we have to follow the straight lines through the grid and criss-cross through the numbers into the white boxes.

The problem is that we don't really have a good starting point. The only thing I can think of is that Sekhmet said the transmission happened at "1424" hours. Maybe we can use that somehow.

Also, I just noticed that in the 3rd row from the bottom, the numbers go:

1 2 3 5 4 6 7
8 9

Interesting that 5 and 4 are reversed.
