Anyone else noticing different weapon behaviors?

It's either a combination of even more increased spread, a reduction in range, or both with regards to fusion rifles. Guys were surviving blasts that would have easily killed before.

I'm not certain, but it felt pretty off.

Glad I got a Hawkmoon while it was still good. Oh wait. I didn't.
