Thoughts on April Update? (Destiny)

I really like that they are trying to provide multiple ways to level up your gear with this update. Don't like the raid because it's too long? Try POE and Court of Orxy. Don't like PvE? Try Iron Banner and Trials.
I reserver judgement until I get my hands on it, but I like that there are new strikes and quests to do and some cool new look to obtain. I wish this update came with some new crucible maps though. I'm also still hoping that the updated game balance reduces the power of snipers and shotguns appropriately. Also, fusion rifles need a serious buff. They lose out to shotguns or snipers in almost all situations and they really aren't as fun to use anymore because they aren't accurate enough.
