In general, music memorabilia isn't worth anything unless it is official and/or high quality. Magazine posters are neither. They usually don't mean anything to you on a personal level, either, and having her sign one would be embarrassing. Spend your money on buying the record albums, or unique merchandise. Tear off the posters for the show you're at. Buy the concert merchandise. Order something custom on Etsy. I have an Avril doll, for example. This way, when guests come over, and you show off your undeniably creepy obsession, they can rationalize it away, as long as you lie about the provenance of your T Swift doll. "Oh, he has a story for each item. They are symbolic of an experience for him, or they hold an intrinsic value, like a vinyl record. He's not actually insane."

Each piece will mean something to you, and you can use it. Buying a magazine is just filling your house with shit.
