Available to everyone in Dec 2017 (Destiny)
We know we've never received these perks day one. The big question is, how long/much do we have to play before we can use it. Perhaps some people will grind for months to actually get to use it thus nullifying the whole pre-order bonus advantage.
I'm very sceptical this pre-order bonus will truly be a bonus.
Black Gjallarhorn for example. It had to be earned in the same manner and timing as the regular version. Just to get a black version of the . very . same . weapon.
