The funny thing is, I loved Underground 2. It wasn't exactly the simulator that I prefer, but its treatment of car culture and the wealth of things to do + vehicle customization made it fun. Plus it was one of the first open-world racing games that I had played. But Underground 1's rubber-banding was WAY overdone, to a game-breaking degree (plus it didn't have the open-world thing going for it).
