Just drop the multiple openings (Destiny)

should be patched.

I am of the opinion that fun things should not be patched out. If you can find a way to adjust the rewards so that everything gels, you should do that.

Perhaps they should just make it so you don't need to cross the loading zones. Just beat the boss, find the chest, and hold X over and over and over and over... Now that sounds like a blast!
