As a side note, I really do like my setup right now. I have a 299 Suros Dis-43 and 310 version of the Raid Sniper, which is actually a decent weapon in the Crucible. It works for my sniping style (which is awful) of never managing headshots insteading getting two quick body shots.

I just need a decent Machine Gun.

I haven't tried the raid sniper, but i might give it a whirl as mine is 308. Ruin Wake is a good MG, but the Raid MG Qullim's Terminus is also really good and is above or at 300 depending on your drop!
