FWIW in situations where I'm dying over and over I have to say "hey wait, I need to stop running in". Usually it's because they are waiting for me and I'm trying to hero-mode it as if I had a super up rather than holding back. Occasionally I'm playing against some super hard guys, but usually it's because I'm being inappropriately reckless.

So, lesson 1 if you're dying over and over is to try and not die. be cautious, stick with your teammates who are not dying and things will suddenly get better. I have games where I'm towards the bottom of the totem pole but my K/D ratio is positive. I consider that a win, or at least "not losing for my team".
