Lag is basically a non-issue for me, other than during Iron Banner.
To be fair, I really don't play much Destiny PvP, so you have to take my account with a huge pile of salt. But other than IB, I have literally never seen lag bad enough to make me think "That's bullshit!" when I died or failed to kill someone. Again, I probably haven't played even twenty hours of PvP in total.
