Lag. PSN vs. XBL. Please sound off (Destiny)

I know from displaylag.com that Xbox Live has slightly better average latency (96 ms) than PSN (107 ms), but I wonder if the network differences account for our very different perceptions of how laggy the game is when we play PvP.

So: Please post if you think lag in Destiny's PvP is a problem, if so, how much of a problem it is for you, and which platform you play on.

Xbone.

I would guess I get mild lag (where a enemy or enemies just don't quite move right, just don't quite take damage right, enough to throw off a close encounter but nothing more dramatic) in every 1 out of 3 games. I see serious lag issues (where a player is blipping or is running in one direction for a bit too long, or has a strange cadence to their shooting) in 1 out of every 5 to 10 games. Then there's the lol extreme lag, where a player ignores all damage or takes multiple seconds to register damage. That's actually pretty rare. Not even once per night. Maybe once a week.
