Lag on PS4 is a big problem for me (Destiny)

I'm constantly getting shotgunned through walls, firing my golden gun at a guy who then teleports backwards and doesn't die, or seeing the guy who just killed me skipping around the map (and not using blink). It has gotten better since the December patch, but still makes me rage. If I put two shotgun blasts into someone's back, they should not be able to turn around and melee me to death, only to fall over three seconds later. Needs fixing.

Even on my worst case, least optimistic nights I would never say I'm constantly seeing such major lag issues. Not even close. To me, your experience seems extreme and not representative.
