I know you highly value the rights of the artist, but what happens when that interferes with the preservation of games? For example, the Super Meat Boy soundtrack had to be completely replaced for its PSN release due to a dispute between the composer and Team Meat.

A: Work for Hire is an important and necessary concept for collaborative projects. It needs to be handled properly however, and many contracts either misuse it or do it the wrong way. I don't know what happened in Team Meat's case, but I imagine it was a screwup. Artists can do work for hire and still be treated fairly.
