I'm all for sunshine (just not too much), Could share one Mr.O'Donnell?

A: I've noticed that fans don't really enjoy too much truth or reality. Miguel once told me that it was like seeing mom and dad arguing as a kid. You just don't want to take sides, and you don't want problems to exist.

Just assume that collaborative projects can have healthy cultures and unhealthy ones. Fear is never a good part of a culture that should be inspiring.

In a way, I have been in both. Thus my question changes conversationally.

As a lead, what do you feel are the best qualities to have when leading a group?

I may already know this, yet I ask In case I do not.
