That has been my mentality to gear as a whole. My vault doesn’t even go to the second page. I have never had a problem conquering any content in the game because I didn’t have the right perk. They model don’t matter. That’s not to say there aren’t effective or fun combinations, but it is definitely diminishing returns with filtered through the lens of amount of effort required. I have a few Crucible setups, and that’s pretty much it. If I can’t manage to have the load outs I like actually on my characters instead of in my vault, that’s my cutoff.
