Game stories are weird (Destiny)

Yes this is true (that good games can have poor story). A great game usually has a great story, in my opinion, but good games can have middling stories: assassin's creed 1 for example, cheesy mystery, bad science, lots of telling not showing, but it is fun and uses the game mechanics to help sell it.

Unfortunately for me, destiny doesn't do either well enough
