Lack of 310 opportunities (Destiny)

Aside from raid gear, I'm certain that IB and Trials will drop 310 equipment. The last version of both of those during Y1 were dropping max level gear.

You can also get 310 gear from exotic engrams after you hit LL300. So buy up those 3 of Coins and use them as often as you can remember!

I will wager iron banner gear will be 290 at max.

If it follows past standards then you are completely correct. They always were below max level. Trials gear should be max level though.
