Lack of 310 opportunities (Destiny)

It's actually gone back and forth. Usually right after the level increases it does not drop at max, but then later it would start dropping at higher levels (I think in HoW with etheric light it may not have done this though). I'm hoping they drop them at 300 or higher as it would encourage people to complete the activities even if they don't want the specific gear.
