I get where you're coming from. Maybe I'm naive, but I don't really see it as intentional that one mask would only be available from buying packs that have a chance to give you one.

For one, seriously, that's a ridiculous thing to spend money on. And I guess I am naive because it appears many people are doing so, but that's the dumbest thing I've heard. I could see spending a buck or two, if it was just that skull for sale, but there's no way I'm spending money for a dice roll for getting one. People that do that blow my mind.

What do I know, though? Maybe is entirely intentional and devious and people spending twenty or thirty bucks to get the stupid thing is exactly what they wanted.

It's the exact same thing as gambling except you don't get atmosphere of a casino. There are a lot of gamblers out there...
