You can definitely blame Bungie for the method of obtaining it though.

I know Bungie can do no wrong, but you can't look at a random, paid reward package tied to a limited edition collectible in a game that just recently added collectible cosmetics and is currently running an entire event based on them and think "looks fine to me".

And don't tell me "they know its random when they buy it". Advertising a bad product doesn't make the product any better, it just makes the people who buy it idiots. Yes, the people are stupid for buying it, but it's Bungie who've set it up this way to take money from idiots (intentionally or otherwise).

[Im starting to sound like the fun police now. I dont think Bungie is necessarily being exploitative, but the sales model itself is, whether they wanted it to be or not]
