It looks like Bungie is slowly (and rightly in my mind) shifting away from power level as a thing. I would love to see it go away completely for D3stiny.

Which is ok but the part that confuses me is that all of the Crucible modes have a line that states "Level Advantages Disabled"

So...it's on their mind. Is this line there to signify a change from D1 or will we eventually see a Level Advantage playlist?

*Note, screenshot of Quickplay list but I'm pretty sure all playlists say this.
