Those ads on the PS4 he showed are literally impossible to get rid of. They’re just behind the sub menu for TV (and PSNow, and the the other tiles you can’t delete). Sure, you can ignore them, but they’re still there. It’s basically the same situation.
Also I’m pretty sure those Switch tiles on the left rotate. As far as I know you can’t force it to stop showing you featured games or whatever there, other than having it not connected to the internet.
