White Nail perk no longer triggers on immune targets (Destiny)

What bugs me is that if you hit a shielded enemy in the face, it doesn't count even though it technically does extra damage...

It used to count. I've chained on Hive Wizards in Crota's end several times. Not the easiest since they float all around, but you could do it when they were shielded.

Maybe I'm just barely missing and not knowing it. It's kinda hard to tell when you don't get a colored number.
