I'm speechless that you still have a working launch unit. I bought a 360 two weeks after launch, replaced it when it died (warranty), replaced that one when it died (warranty), replaced that one when it died (out of warranty - new purchase), replaced that one when it died (yay new warranty), and then bought an XBone.
