They learned from the whole Bloom™ fiasco.

So. Much. Rage.

I STILL don't understand the problem with bloom. not to drag it back up again... lol

It made perfect sense to me, it worked perfectly well, and the game was ruined when they removed it. Bloom kept the DMR and needle rifle in check at long range, preventing them from becoming the power weapon that the BR was in Halo 2/3.
