I don't want to downplay Matchmaking. I had a lot of fun with the multiplayer in the beta. But there's something extra special about being able to put a face to that Titan who just smashed you into the ground.

Or better yet, being able to walk into the next room and slap him round the head for it, if you're playing in a LAN.
