Heh, I think you misunderstood ME that time. :) What was confusing me was Cody's reasoning as to why Customs with disabled leveling wouldn't / couldn't work in Destiny. I was saying it wouldn't break the game as a whole and could be implemented.

I DO understand why some people want them. That specific paragraph you highlighted was why I personally don't care too much whether they're included or not. It helps that I never expected them either and have am trying to enter Destiny without viewing it as a sequel to Halo. There are many versus modes in games I own that I've never given time to or even looked to see what options come with them. :)
