Last Word is pathetically useless in PvE. You're obviously not going to go into Crucible with a Dragon's Breath.

(I don't normally use it, but I was playing on my warlock, which I never play on, the other day, and did 10 PvE bounties, plus Daily Story Mission and a 32 PoE run, using an unleveled (!!) TLW as my primary weapon - did really well.

You just have to be aware of the need to reload a lot (and make allowances in your playstyle for it).
