Format for a weapon perk guide (Destiny)

Start Forum Thread: DBO Weapon Perk Guide

Inside the thread somehow split perks into three main categories:

Primary Perks
Special Perks
Heavy Perks

Then inside each of those start sub categories for each weapon type:

Auto
Pulse
Scout
Handcannon

Perks that are common to multiple weapons can be described/reviewed once and then linked to inside other categories to simplify.

Or would it be best to simply put them all in alphabetical order, or even group them by what they do (like all stability perks in a category)?

The reason I like categorizing by weapon type is because if I'm wanting to reroll, I have a quick way to see what is available for that weapon I may have that I'm wanting to try out.

And also PvP vs PvE within the review section. I do like your idea, because even something like Who's Next? which shows up in multiple weapon types, the review totally changes. Machine gun? Shit. Hand Cannon? Mediocre. And so on.
