I understand that it's almost impossible to know without actually trying it for yourself, but I find it really hard to believe you couldn't or even didn't anticipate those issues before you bought and are now somehow just completely surprised.
This was after consulting with numerous people I know who love their switch. And yeah, maybe I was a little naive for expecting the controller to be usable.
