And how about the old HBO ring? I know there are some that say we need to leave behind the "HALO" bit, but I'm not so exclusionist. I think it's ok to have a little Halo nod in our Destiny. (in fact, I hope there is!) ;)

I'm sure we'll settle on something that has a nod to our old community at hbo. The hardest part for me has been trying to keep it simple, yet incorporate the old old logo.

How 'bout something along these lines?

I tried something like this, but came to the conclusion that it was to cluttered. I didn't feel like I could hide the traveler behind all those rings/contrails (mine began to look too close to the atomic symbol). But it is a really good idea.

I think that the symbol could stand on its own too.
