I got my 2nd one last week in a nightfall, then my brother who didn't have one got one from an engram. Bunches of people online got them this week, they definitely want everyone to have a chance to burn the world down one last time before the nerf...

The wolf/chest racing increased play in the slow time leading up to expansion, so will this (not to the same amount). Bungee ain't no fool!
