Yes this was a big problem in year 1. Outside of exotics, You shouldnt have to do the raid more than the number of peices of gear to get them all (obviously different class armor/rolls will change this number). Exotics should stay RNG IMO. It gave me a reason to keep playing.

Supposedly they fixed this though, making it to where they will take what you have into consideration on drops. I doubt this will prevent people getting the same thing a few times before they get something new, I believe it will not take 30+_ runs
