I thought this was just because it was on the base PS4. It runs like shit even on the PS4 PRO. This is… pretty inexcusable. Driving anywhere drops the framerate to embarrassing levels. I'm astounded at how bad it is. I'm literally tempted to wait until next year when I get a PS5 to play a game that's for PS4.
Mostly I feel bad for Keanu Reeves. He doesn't deserve this.
