Sounds efficient/dreadful (Destiny)

And sefinitely something I would have done at one point. I kind of find myself just demoralised by it though. I've done my Hard Raid, I've gone to the Lighthouse and got my mediocre reward. All that's left is the perpetual gear grind. I like the variety this expansion brings in theory, but it comes at the cost of even more grind.

It seemed so promising at the beginning, but it's worse now than it ever was in Year 1 in that regard. I'm not a super high level player, so it doesn't affect me as much. I hover around 299 to 302 depending on loadout, and that's enough to do everything I want to, so switching to a few 280 weapons doesn't bring me down enough to matter, but even so it's a little disheartening.

I am very thankful for Halo 5 (and Divinity Original Sin which is amazing!) and possibly Fallout 4 or Tomb Raider if I feel like adding something else to the list. They've given me a good reason to take a break from Destiny, and it's great.

I'm pretty sure Destiny will remain on the shelf for a bit for me. I've done the things I want to do. I'm sure I'll jump in for the occasional raid or just run some strikes every now then, but I'm definitely done playing relentlessly to upgrade gear or grind out an exotic sword or whatever.
