Quick question: this probably sounds stupid, but by western RPG, you mean NOT jRPG, right? I like cowboys and shit, I'd play a western RPG. Do these exist?

Well, there's Red Dead Redemption.

Aside from statistics, it has always struck me that RDR and the GTA series are basically RPGs with levelling removed.
