I think Destiny PS3 is the community-friendly choice.

I already have a 360, so I will initially be playing Destiny on that. I don't have much desire to own a PS3 now, although if a good chunk of the community decided to buy PS3s for Destiny, I would consider it.

I am right there with you, as I am sure many other community members are, in your desire to keep the community playing together in Destiny. I hope we can work something out when the game releases. We'll just have to wait and see.

I was assuming most of us would be playing on the 360 initially but that was before I learned the XBone and PS4 are actually scheduled for a Fall 2013 release. I'm probably way behind the times but I was thinking they wouldn't be available until sometime after Destiny came out. I'll definitely be getting Destiny for one of the newer consoles if they're already on the market at release. PS4 is looking like a good bet at this point with all the Bungie support.
