Yes, I believe it was Brian "the unibomber" who made one of the key calls. Pick a candybar with nougat and check the wrapper, there's a phone number on there. IIRC he was transferred at least 2 times and never got a real satisfactory answer. I think they thought he was going to steal a recipe or something.
Note that we did learn that M&M/mars company has a different recipe for nougat for each candy bar. IIRC we asked about snickers, 3 musketeers and milky way. :D
