Everything feels better, in every way. The new controls still get me sometimes but are much needed. The game feels alot less clunky that previous installments. Gunplay is fun, VATS changes are nice, UI is clear. My only complaint so far is that you cannot zoom out (at least on console) while forging in your towns. You have to do it from First person, which is a pain fi you want to run electricity to the roof of a house!
