As far as patches (Gaming)

I got an update this morning, 1.01. Obviously 1.01 was released for launch. I made sure to check for updates after installing the game, I even checked after I got off last night as well.But this morning when I turned my PS4 on I had a notification saying that an update was installed, v1.01. Looks like we may have been playing an un-updated version of the game last night!

The buggiest thing I've seen so far is Dialogue stalling. There was a point when I talked to someone where the other NPC finished their dialogue and it was supposed to continue on with another NPC saying something but instead it just focused on my character for a good 60-90 seconds because it just stopped the dialogue. I've had this happen twice so far the latter being worse. Either way it eventually fixed itself (it was part of a mission) which was good, but still it was pretty bad.
